Montclare · Legal & transparency

Terms of Use

These terms explain use of the Montclare website and Private Client Access. Montclare is operated by Stratos Holdings Ltd, company number 17461968, registered office Suite Ra01 195-197 Wood Street, London, United Kingdom, E17 3NU. Any separately agreed service terms also apply to the relevant service.

What Montclare does

Montclare is a property-origination and introduction service. It considers a property owner’s circumstances and, where appropriate, may introduce them to a suitable specialist property business. An application requests individual review. It does not appoint an estate agent, commit you to a sale, reserve a consultation or authorise a referral.

Separate professional services

Formal valuations, estate agency, property marketing, negotiation, conveyancing and other professional or transactional services are supplied by the relevant appointed firms under their own terms. Montclare does not hold client money or provide legal, tax or financial advice through this website. Obtain independent advice where appropriate.

Information and authority

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and submit a property only if you are legally entitled to do so or properly authorised. Disclose relevant co-ownership, probate, tenancy, agency agreements and other material commitments. Correct information if your circumstances change. Do not upload unlawful material or information you have no right to provide.

Private Client Access

Access is by invitation and linked to a signed-in account. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Additional properties require individual review. A document marked Received has been uploaded; it has not necessarily been reviewed or accepted. Progress records describe the information recorded at that time and may change. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or where the client relationship has ended.

Fees and introductions

Any proposed fee payable by you must be explained and agreed before the relevant service begins. Montclare may receive an introduction fee or commission from a partner; relevant arrangements are disclosed before you decide whether to proceed. A partner’s own appointment, charges and obligations are separate. See the Referral Disclosure.

Availability and outcomes

No offer, sale price, completion date or transaction outcome is guaranteed. Owner-entered estimates are not formal Montclare valuations. Consultation availability depends on suitability and capacity. Contact availability is agreed individually; the portal is not an emergency service.

Intellectual property

Montclare and its branding are the intellectual property of Stratos Holdings Ltd. All rights reserved. You may use this website and download your own Property Brief for the intended personal or authorised property purpose. Do not misrepresent the brand or republish confidential material belonging to others.

Rights and concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise a concern through the contact form or the registered postal address. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
