A private, personally managed service for property owners considering their next move.
Property, handled personally.
Your circumstances. Your priorities. Our attention.Selling a property is rarely just about the property. It is about timing, certainty, and what comes next.
We take the time to understand the whole picture: why you are considering a sale, the commitments that surround it and how ready you are to proceed. For some owners, the priority is a dependable next step. For others, it is finding an appropriate route for a property that has proved difficult to sell.
Where we believe we can make a meaningful difference, we introduce you to an appropriate specialist property partner. Your Montclare contact remains available as the process develops, bringing continuity to the conversation while the appointed firm carries out its work.
You do not need to have instructed an agent or resolved every outstanding question. We ask for a candid account of the position so that any further conversation begins with the information that matters.
For property ownersYou have decided to sell and want a considered next step. We look at your intended timeframe, the position of the owners and what needs to happen before you can proceed.
An onward commitment, prolonged marketing or a sale that has fallen through may call for a fuller conversation. Understanding the dates and the history helps establish the context.
Inherited property, tenanted homes, HMOs, portfolios and less conventional assets each raise different questions. We consider whether an appropriate specialist introduction is available.

A named contact who understands why the sale matters to you, remembers the details and helps keep the next action clear. We begin with a considered conversation, allowing space for the questions that rarely fit into a standard property enquiry.
Selected applicants are invited to discuss their circumstances privately. Where closer coordination would be useful, a further level of service may be offered by invitation, with the scope and access arrangements agreed personally.
The intention is simple: you should understand who to speak to, why a specialist business is being proposed and what the next step involves. Any partner appointment remains your decision, with that firm’s own role and terms made clear.
The Private Client serviceA personal conversation begins with a clear understanding of your circumstances.
Tell us about the property, your intended timeframe and the outcome that matters to you. The initial eligibility check leads to a fuller application, with room to explain the ownership, sale history and any questions that remain.
We consider your commitment, the position of the owners and the practical readiness of the sale. We also assess the potential relevance of available specialist partners and the capacity to give your circumstances appropriate attention.
Selected applicants are invited to a private online conversation. We explore the priorities behind your application, clarify outstanding matters and consider whether a specialist introduction could provide a useful next step.
Where appropriate, we identify a potential route and specialist partner. The proposed firm, its role and any material referral arrangement are explained before an introduction. You decide whether to take that conversation forward.
Your Montclare contact remains available as the appointed firm progresses its work. We help maintain continuity of communication and clarity about the next action, while each professional remains responsible for the service it provides.
Good service is rarely about grand gestures. It is knowing who to call, being kept informed and feeling that your circumstances have been understood.
One accountable Montclare contact, familiar with your circumstances and the reasons behind your decisions. A person to return to as questions arise and the position develops.
Clear communication, agreed contact arrangements and proactive updates. Attention to what has changed, what remains outstanding and who is responsible for the next action.
A deliberately limited Private Client book, considered against the attention each relationship requires. Invitations reflect fit, readiness and the capacity to provide a useful service.
Relevant information requested with a clear purpose. Proposed recipients and sharing arrangements explained before an introduction, with any required permission addressed separately.
The owner’s priorities and the property’s circumstances shape the discussion. No assumption that every asset, timeframe or intended outcome should follow the same sale route.
Introductions to selected specialist property businesses where appropriate. A clear explanation of the proposed partner’s role, with its own terms and responsibilities distinguished from Montclare’s involvement.
A clear intention to sell, a realistic timeframe and owners who are aligned. These are the foundations of a property sale that can move forward.
A modestly valued property with a committed owner and a clear intention to proceed can be an appropriate opportunity for Montclare. A higher value alone tells us very little about whether an owner is ready for the conversation.
From a first London flat to a portfolio requiring a specialist approach, we consider what needs to happen, which practical barriers remain and whether the available support is a good fit.
Tell us what would make the sale successful for you and what might prevent you from proceeding. Those answers help us consider whether Montclare can offer a useful introduction, and whether the timing is right for a private consultation.
Explore the circumstances we considerTell us about your property, the decision you are considering and what a successful sale would mean to you. We will review your circumstances individually and consider whether Montclare can offer a meaningful next step.
Request a private reviewMontclare is a private property-origination and introduction service for London property owners. We consider the property alongside the owner’s priorities, timeframe and readiness to sell. Where appropriate, we may introduce the owner to a relevant specialist property business. A dedicated Montclare contact remains available around that process, while any appointed firm provides its own transactional or professional services under its own terms.
No. Seller commitment, timeframe and practical readiness carry more weight in our review than property value alone. A modestly valued property with an owner who is prepared to proceed may be well suited to the service. We consider whether the circumstances, available specialist partners and capacity support a meaningful next step, rather than applying a prestige threshold.
No. We consider properties that have never been marketed as well as those currently or previously on the market. If an estate agent is already instructed, include the agency name and the position of the sale. Any existing agreement or commitment should be understood with the relevant professional before a new appointment is made. A Montclare application does not end or change your current instruction.
No. We consider the circumstances, the owner’s intention and readiness, the potential relevance of available partners and our capacity. An application helps establish whether there is a worthwhile conversation to have. Sometimes an outstanding question needs to be resolved first, or a later review would be more appropriate. Completing the eligibility check or full application does not reserve a consultation.
Montclare’s intended role is origination and introduction, with personal contact around that process. We do not provide formal valuations, market the property as your agent, negotiate transactions, hold client money or carry out conveyancing. If an estate agency or another transactional service is required, it will be supplied by the relevant appointed firm under its own agreement. Your decision to instruct that firm is separate from your application to Montclare.
An application is not blanket permission to circulate your property or contact details. Before a proposed introduction, the recipient, the purpose and the relevant arrangements should be explained, with any required permission addressed separately. You should understand which business will receive information and why. Please read the Privacy Policy before entering details. Applications are received by the Private Office for individual review and are not automatically sent to property partners.
