Referral Disclosure
Before deciding whether to proceed with an introduction, you should understand the proposed firm’s role and any material commercial interest Montclare has in the arrangement.
How Montclare may be paid
Montclare may receive an introduction fee or commission from a specialist partner. The existence and nature of the relevant arrangement, and the amount or basis where applicable, will be explained before the introduction proceeds. This website does not represent that a particular partner or commission arrangement has been agreed for your property.
Your decision
An application does not authorise a referral or a charge to you. Any direct charge proposed by Montclare requires a separate explanation and agreement before the relevant service begins. You may ask about the commercial relationship or decline an introduction.
Partner appointments
A proposed partner is responsible for explaining its services, terms, charges and role. Consider those terms and any existing agency instruction before appointing a firm. An introduction is not a guarantee of an offer or completion.
