A specialist introduction should make clear which business is involved, what it will do and where its responsibilities sit. No named partnership is represented by this website.
Individual suitability
The proposed route and firm are considered in light of the property and the owner’s circumstances. Relevant experience, service terms and applicable professional or regulatory requirements should be checked as part of that consideration. A proposed firm will be identified before you decide whether to proceed.
Separate responsibilities
Partner firms provide their own services under their own appointments and terms. The business responsible for estate agency, valuation, negotiation, buying, auction, legal or other services must be clear. Montclare remains a point of contact for the introduction service; this does not replace the appointed firm’s responsibilities.
Information and commercial interests
Application information is not automatically circulated to property partners. The recipient, purpose, information needed and any required permission are addressed before a proposed introduction. Relevant introduction fees or commercial interests are explained as described in the Referral Disclosure.
